To Start install, ether mount or burn the ISOs. 


Open the disk drive containing Disk 1 and find setup.exe. Then Follow the guided install.


After installing the game. You have to install rock star social club and setup a account.

Using Disk 1 agine open setup.exe for rockstar social club.


Patch the game to 1.0.2.0 and apply the fixed exe to grand theft auto 4 installion path.


Once thats all done you can now start up the game using RSSC. You might get asked to update xlive at this point"popup" go ahead and install xlive update its needed.



After testing the game you may try using multiplayer, but remember this 30ms ping patch is in beta. A newer verison may come out at anytime so be patient, this is the only way to connect through VPN so far.
